Hundreds of desert tortoises up for adoption this weekend with no adoption fee
LAS VEGAS (KSNV News3LV) — If you've ever wanted a Desert Tortoise living in your own backyard, now is the time to adopt.
The $75 fee for legally adopting a desert tortoise will be waived by The Tortoise Group this weekend, from Friday, Aug 26 to Sunday, Aug 28.
